  28.   The sysop told me that I got the 2400/ARQ because my "modem was too 
  29. fast."  The sysop also said I was connecting at 19200, even though the 
  30. carrier was 14400, and their dial-up modems are all supposed to be 14400. 
  31.  I was told to disable hardware handshaking, also, which I have not 
  32. tried.  Evidently, the connection is fine, but the signals being reported 
  33. are somewhat in error.  The sysop said that if I got the home page within 
  34. two minutes I was doing well; it only takes me about 15 seconds.
